Water is very important whether you're overweight or slim, because it cleanse the body from inside, which has many benefits at cleaning your system waste, and that helps cure a lot of medical cases, and getting rid of this waste also helps at losing weight. And certainly all this shows on your skin, hair, and your overall look. So drink as much as you can, carry a bottle of water with you everywhere, and try to drink at least 2 liters, more is better of course.
Exercise is essential in achieving your goal, you should make it a fixed part of your life, you can choose from many different ways to do it like doing it at home, going to the gem two or three times a week.
