Recognizing the Symtoms of PMS, Menopause, Bipolar, and Depression

As women, we have many emotional and hormonal issues that are a lot of times over looked. Or are just pushed aside and never looked at or dealt with. Some of the things we deal with are PMS, depression, menopause, and being bipolar.

Most of the time we aren't even aware of how these effect us. More often than not, the symptoms are overlooked as moodiness. The most common thing we deal with is PMS, which happens every month and can be mild to extreme.

The second thing that we experience, but is not talked about much is depression. There are several things that contribute to depression, what a lot of people don't know is there is an easy natural solution to help on a daily basis. Without having to be heavily medicated and experience extreme side effects.

The other common issue is bipolar, the symptoms tends to be a combination of PMS and depression. Making it hard to recognize. Finally there is menopause, another emotionally charged time in a woman's life. Lets explore each of these in more depth.

Alternative and Natural PMS Symptoms and Treatment

PMS is one of those things that effects the majority of women like clock work every month. The symptoms in a lot of ways mimic being pregnant. Your breasts can get swollen and sore, roller coaster mood swings, and extreme tiredness.

Some of the other symptoms include backache, stomach cramps, bloating, water retention, headaches, and leg pain. One of the best things I have found to alleviate all these symptoms is Pamprin (generic's work just as well.)

For a natural solution I have found that Nature Made (brand) Women's Flax Plus works great ! I take 2-4 a day depending upon my symptoms. I take it daily as well which gives me a mood boost as well as help calm me.

Natural and Alternative Treatments for Bipolar and Depression

If you experience roller coaster mood swings that seem to peak and than get real low, combined with depression you could be Bipolar. A lot of people with depression are Bipolar and aren't aware of it.

Depression symptoms include feeling very sad, down, or a blah feeling. Not wanting to do anything, sleeping a lot, hopelessness, and extreme fatigue. One of the best alternative, natural supplements I have found for both bipolar and depression is Omega 3 fish oil.

      You can find Flax at any drug store, you can ask a pharmasist and they should be able to steer you in the right direction !

I think they are often undervalued when people search for effective treatment options.
