The clock is ticking for summer bathing suits, and the heat has eliminated the luxury of layering to hide unflattering curves. The beautiful summer is best enjoyed with a confident self, which is not hindered by the trouble of being overweight. Experts alike have been convincing us year in and year out, that being overweight has absolutely no benefits, unless of course you have one month to live. I mean ask yourself, don’t you just hate it when your old aunts corner you, and announce, fairly loudly, that you should lose weight, right in front of your slim cousin, while you are innocently holding on to the plate of your favorite fried snack

Losing weight is a commitment, which requires zealous amount of hard work. However, if you are one of us (which is an alarming majority), who lack patience and consistence, do not worry at all, we have ways to share with you, on how to lose those annoying extra pounds quickly! Our diligent knowledge will guarantee reduced chances of a lonely Saturday night. So with that in mind, let’s pump up the adrenaline and start working towards the goal weight!!!

DIETS

This article will be divided in the categories of Diets, Exercises, Medications and Home remedies.

The three-day diet (or the Hollywood diet)

Lose up to 10 pounds on this three-day diet, which consists of drinking fruit juices only, in other words this is “a juice fast”.

Cabbage soup diet

A seven-day diet plan, which consists of a solid crab-free breakfast followed by cabbage soup for the rest of the day. Helps to lose up to nine-ten pounds in a week

No salt diet

Eliminate salt from your diet completely! This will help to lose up to six-eight pounds in a week.

      The Hollywood diet or the cabbage soup diet looks pretty difficult, and sounds like another "fad" or "crash" diet. Another way to lose weight is by including green tea or green tea supplements in your daily diet and couple it with physical, cardiovascular exercise. Green Tea helps increase your metabolism, which helps reduce weight faster.
