first thing first -- get a bowl, a wooden spoon and the ingredients

Knead (-- that is the name of the process of mixing the dough after the ingredients homogenized) for some five to ten minutes.

Leave dough in a bowl that is greased with a fine layer of cooking oil on its walls-- to prevent the dough from sticking to its walls. Cover the bowl with dough with a kitchen cloth and leave it for 30 minutes. Cover with a kitchen cloth to keep warm.
