1.Drink Enough Water

there are so many reasons why drinking water is useful for getting rid of your body fats
as it improves your metabolism to get rid of toxins . its also keep you hydrated drinking
cold water will help you burn more calories as your body will work hard getting it warm
and drinking water before meals will help you consume less food by making you feel full .

2. Add Veggies To Your Diet

adding veggies to your diet will help you consume less calories as well as help you to reduce belly . fibers in vegetables cannot be digested by your stomach and they don't consume calories and make you feel full which results in consuming less calories

3. Getting Enough Sleep

yes , getting enough sleep reduces your belly faster because small amount of sleep causes an increase in a hormone called gherlin and studies have shown that people who had less amount of sleep consumed 300 extra calories. therefore sleeping at-least for 8-9 hours is beneficial

4. Never Skip Your Breakfast

PROVERB" Eat breakfast like a king ,lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper " yes , your stomach has the highest capacity to digest food in the morning therefore a healthy breakfast jump-starts your metabolism and keeps it maintained for the rest of the day

5. Aim to take 10,000 steps a day.

In one study where men reduced their daily steps from about 10,000 to less than 1,500 (without changing their diet), their visceral (belly) fat increased by 7% after just 2 weeks.

  • Get a pedometer and try to increase the number of daily steps you take.
  • Take stairs instead of elevators; walk instead of driving.
  • Stand up and walk for 30 steps every 30 minutes. If you have a sedentary job, consider getting a treadmill desk.

6. Exercising for Fat Loss

Exercise in small bursts, Skip the crunches — for now,Ramp up the cardio, Add resistance training.
