Why I'm so pleased with my Urban Rebounder Trampoline

Rebounding for Marital Harmony!

I'm not always as popular as I might be with my wife, and this was certainly true after her second rebounder started to fall apart whilst I was using it. Things might not have been so bad if I had not previously destroyed the first one! Believe me, I'm no heavyweight so why these mini-tramp's should should start to disintegrate after only a few weeks of moderate use I do not know.

Anyway, after reading all the reviews on Amazon, we decided to spend a little more than before and invest in an Urban Rebounder Trampoline. After nearly a year of enthusiastic shared use, I can definitely say that all is well.

Rebounding for Health and Fitness

I had always thought that rebounders, mini-trampolines or cellercisers, as they are known, were not serious pieces of exercise equipment. However, having read about the many health benefits of bouncing and noted that rebounders were endorsed by such health and fitness icons as Wade Lightheart and Markus Rothkranz, and noted that the Urban Rebounder was created by martial artist J.B.Berns, that was good enough for me.

The Urban Rebounder Package

The Urban Rebounder Trampoline is a sturdy piece of equipment that comes with comprehensive workout DVDs and a stabilizing bar. The stabilizing bar is useful not only for more vigorous workouts but also as an aid to novice or elderly exercisers. This mini-trampoline has a weight capacity of three hundred pounds and a one year warranty. It also folds away for easy storage and portability. It does, however, require two people to safely close the Rebounder.

The Urban Rebounder was reasonably easy to assemble, (unlike one of our previous mini-trampolines which was a nightmare) and soon put to good use.

Rebounding Benefits

It is said that by following the workout programme the exerciser simultaneously works all the major muscle groups, burning calories, stimulating the lymphatic drainage system, strengthening the heart and building stamina, strength and balance. Oh, and it's fun too!

In my opinion, a simple five to ten minute bounce first thing in the morning is an excellent way to start the day.

And Just to Whet your Appetite for Rebounding........

Getting Younger and Looking Younger

My wife who, dare I say, looks very young for her age, swears by this excellent book by Eva Fraser.  She finds that even greater benefit can be obtained from these simple facial exercises (adapted where necessary) if they are combined with a rebounding session.  She's very keen for me to get started!

Terrific lens! I've always wanted to get a mini tramp because I loved full sized trampolines as kid. Don't like the backyard ones with nets-too dangerous.
