Your thinking reflects your personality

Updated on October 9, 2012

Remember, first move from negativeness to positiveness. Then move from positiveness to desirelessness. You can attain enlightenment in this sequence.

You are what you think. Your thoughts make you as they are. If you have no desire, you are at that state where your original identity expresses as you are looking at mirror. You actual face comes in front of you, when your mind is in complete silence.

There are five sheaths of your body and personality:

1. Annamaya or Physical Body

2. Pranamaya or life force or vital force of nature

3. Manomaya or Mind

4. Vigyanmaya or Conscience or wisdom

5. Anandmaya or Enlightened joyful mind

Desires are only part of annamaya or physical body. It is not beyond that. However, it is controlled by prana. You are living up to that level of existence of soul inside you and up to time, you have prana inside your body.

Death is just an absence of prana in body when soul leaves the body. Soul is very pure but has effects of karmas and desires. As, each event have its own consequences same as karma has its effects as fruit of punishment or achievement or failures. These effects can never be ceased. You have to tolerate and suffer in life from them as a fruit of karma.

There may be a strong desire that only gives you pain and miseries when that is not fulfilled. Frustration arises in mind and these frustrations have ill effect on you and your personality. These effects of mind can be seen on body as they are linked together.

If you are living with less desires and expectation, you will be happier. Happiness is not lost, it is when you are only you. No others things and desires are attached to you. You are just a pure being. If you have no desire why and for what, will you worry? I think, nothing, you will be happier person on this earth.

If you think positive about yourself, you will become that positive person. If you think negative, the negativity will come inside you. It will reflect your personality.

Steps to no desire

1. Steps to no desire comes from positivity of person

2. If you think positive, your personality becomes positive and has positive energy aura.

3. The positive energy will attract positive people to you. No negativity will come inside you.

4. You will be pure and positive. You will feel positiveness and that positiveness will give you true happiness.

In joyful environment, you can grow to desire less state comes then no pain is left behind.

Remember, first move from negativeness to positiveness. Then move from positiveness to desirelessness. You can attain enlightenment in this sequence.

Good Luck
