Can I use photos, video, and other content from other sites on my articles?

When you sign up for HubPages, you agree to use only content to which you hold the necessary rights. Basically, this means that if you did not create the content yourself (take the picture, create the video, etc.), you must have permission to use it from the person or organization that did create it.
