A Walk in the Past

Updated on April 18, 2019

A Walk Down Memory Lane

Memories are always a part of us, they are limitless even when we don't really think of them all the time. Memories are made from the time of birth to the time of death. The question is are walks in the past limitless or are walks down memory lane limitless? We all have limitless memories. When we are told to think of them however are they still limitless? Yes they are. Everyone has a limitless number of memories, whether they are good or bad. Why not have a reunion or meet up with the people you haven’t seen in a while to take a walk down memory lane. Friends, family whoever you want to meet up with why not do it. You don’t need to do this every year just every couple years you should meet up with the friends you don’t see very often and the family you don’t see very often. You don’t need to meet up with both the friends and family at the same time you can do that separately. Touching base with your friends and family is a good thing so you don’t lose touch, with everyone’s lives being so busy all of a sudden losing touch could happen in the blink of an eye. So instead of losing touch, with the friends and family in your life that you don’t see very often take a walk down memory lane every so often. Have you ever, walked down memory lane for a limitless amount of time or just to relive those limitless memories?

When you walk down memory lane don't the memories that surface feel limitless, in a sense that they all come flooding back? A class or school reunion, for example, would be a walk down memory lane since school reunions bring back a limitless amount of memories of the good and bad that happened in school at the time, although we do only want to talk about the good most times. Getting together with the kids from your grade school that you haven’t seen since graduation or the kids from your high school that you haven’t seen since graduation is a good way of keeping friendships and touching base. Rent out a hall, or go to a camp where you can hold reunion events, even ask one of the people who is going to be at the reunion if they wouldn’t mind hosting it at their house, as long as everyone who will be attending will pitch in of course.

Even if you don’t think that is good to catch up with the people you went to grade school with why not try it. Sure you might have had issues with some of the kids in your class everyone does at some point but you all grow up and are older by the time your reunions usually roll around so you have all changed somewhat. For example, over this past week, I just had my grade school ten-year class reunion. It was supposed to be this big event at my friend Brittany’s house since she decided to host it, there was supposed to be at least 20 people in attendance but instead, there was only eight of us. So no if you think that the school threw it, no they didn’t it was a class reunion more than it was a school reunion.

Our class reunion was a nice small group of people, we talked about everything from the good memories in grade school to what we did in high school, to college to what we were doing now. If we had finished College or University and were working or if we were still in post-secondary. We even pulled out the school yearbooks and a photo album of old photos. It was great catching up with the people that were there and taking a trip down memory lane.

Memories

Memories whether good or bad, are not meant to be forgotten and when you take a walk down memory lane, it feels as though they aren't forgotten. Walking down memory lane, is limitless because it is as though your memories are limitless. It is very refreshing not only for yourself but the people you are with no matter if it’s the people from school or your family when you take a walk down memory lane it reminds you of the good things that you did with the people you are surrounded with. So if you haven’t talked to even a specific person in a while why not call that person up and ask them if they would like to get together so that you guys can chat, take a trip down memory lane. You will not regret that trip in the least.

Memories are limitless because they are always being made, which means that taking a walk down memory lane can be limitless when you are trying to remember all the memories you made at a certain event. There is always more than one memory that is made when anything is done in life, which is why it is good to take a walk down memory lane every once in a while. Memories are usually good things in your life that you want to remember, however, they are not all good. But making memories is what life and living are all about wouldn't you say?

When you tell people about things, it is all from memory so which means every time you talk you are taking a mini trip down memory lane. At least that is what I think because how else would you be able to tell people about things if they weren't actually there with you if you don't take a trip down memory lane?

Memories are limitless little snippets of your life, that are so uplifting that you can't help but remember them and talk about them with your friends and family. When you take a walk down memory lane, it is usually at a reunion where all your friends are. Those are the most common places where you will take a walk down memory lane and the talk about life then and life now is limitless because you want to catch everyone up on the happenings in your life and you want to hear about the limitless things that are happening in their lives, So it feels as if no time has passed.

Let's Walk down memory Lane

A walk in the past can be limitless, in a good way because then you get to remember all the good times you had with the people of your past, and the best way to do that is to have a reunion. Reunions are always fun because you get to catch up with old friends whom you haven't seen in a while and talk about all the happenings of life. That is the best thing about taking a walk in the past, in my opinion. What do you think the best thing is when you walk in the past if you ever do?

Do you think walks in the past can be limitless when it comes to reminicisng at reunions whether it be school or a family Reunion? Let's Discuss
