Christmas Carols Video Classics

Merry Christmas!!!
Merry Christmas!!!

Christmas Songs are the best

When I was a child I always wanted to experience the holidays just as they were depicted on the television, with famous characters such as Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, Frosty The Snow Man, and Santa Claus himself it quickly became apparent to me it wouldn't occur, but I held on to the Christmas spirit with all my heart using these classic songs I've shared here.

Like most young children still do today, believing in Santa Claus takes imagination, which many parents must play such a role in keeping his non-existence secret. Hopefully parents haven't ruined the sacred tale by telling their kids the truth yet.

Even after my mom had told me he didn't exist when I was a kid, I still believed in him & even though I received no presents year after year, because my mother was poor, I still held on to the powerful gift of giving. As the years progressed though I began to look deeper into what the Holidays meant & truly discovered that this gift of giving was really Love.

I was now armed with a whole new awareness, that there was much more too the make up of this world renowned holiday known as Christmas & that also came through listening to awesome songs and Christmas carols such as these below.

His Nose was always the Brightest during Christmas

Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer, Reindeer

Rudolph was my friend and favorite during the holidays, and so he gets placed onto the top position for my collection here on Hubpages. I loved watching the show over & over again, I just wished they had recording tools back then, maybe an I-pod or DVD's would of been nice too. It's hard to believe it was even before the VHS days, when I first got to bear witness to my first Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer television Christmas special. That nose of his made the show light up each time, and bright it was signifying hope that Santa's on his way.

Remember this I loved Frosty

Frosty the snow man

He was my childhood hero every single year, I couldn't wait till Christmas came around the corner so that I could get to see the Christmas special featuring Frosty the snowman.

He was always so courageous and I would always cry when he began to melt.

Lets not forget this guy, old & grimy Mr. Grinch, lol

Mr Grinch

There always is a party pooper in the bunch I guess, and Mister Grinch fit the title perfectly. He really sucked, and was always determined to ruin Christmas for all children worldwide.

I actually liked him though, because Christmas isn't as valuable without a down side to it all, or the person who's always looking to spoil all the fun.

It makes it all worth it in the end for those who enjoy Christmas & the holidays when you can cheer folks up a bit, with a simple gesture.

Its simple no one can forget Charlie Brown on Christmas

Who could forget Charlie Brown's Christmas

Me & my brother use to run home as fast as we could, no matter what or where we were, to get to the TV just to see Charlie Brown's Christmas. Boy does this bring back memories like no other.

I hope people can enjoy this even if they wasn't born back then, or maybe wasn't a young child at the time to appreciate it all. Many of us all have these sorta holiday moments in common, gifts or no gifts, at least we had Charlie Brown.

I had a crush on Judt Garland, & I was only like 5 or 6 years old

I adore this Woman

Christmas Carols aren't what they are without Judy Garland, she fully embraced the true meaning of Christmas, and shared her happy kind spirited moment in such a joyous way using her beautiful voice singing Have Your Self A Merry Little Christmas, and the sensational vibes of her sweet lips are felt year after year, coming from this very song.

Each Christmas season people worldwide would play it on and on to brighten up even the coldest homes.

I still love her and this song today, may god bless her precious soul.

Cestnuts Rosting on an Open Fire, Jack Frost nipping

Sitting at the fireplace, 10 minutes prior to 12 midnight of December 24th, each year kids worldwide await anxiously, patiently, and in great hopes to meet their new Gifts, but at the same time the joy gets spread throughout households with such classics as Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire, by Nat King Cole. Amazing as it is we all have made connection and contact with our loved ones to share the Christmas spirit with songs of this magnitude.

The Little Drummer Boy

I also like the Little Drummer Boy song, because his song was so touching and made me feel hopeful that each year things would get better, even if my mom or dad may have had difficulties during the holidays as I were a young child.

At least I had songs of faith like this one to sooth my spirit during the Christmas Season. Merry Christmas folks!!

Oh Come all ye Faithful

Here's yet another beautiful song we all know very well, Oh Come All Ye Faithful.

It embraces the birth of Christ himself & shares with the world this spirit of giving just as the three wise kings have done to our precious lord & savior, son of god & father who resides in Heaven.

***There's a bonus track at the end of the video as well, enjoy! & May everyone have a wonderful Christmas Season.

Here's Loads of additional holiday songs to share with family & friends!

Thanks everyone for sharing with me during such a busy time of the year, Christmas is awesome even if you have no money, its the togetherness of family, friends and loved ones that counts most.

So for those who aren't in the position of being able to share gifts this season, please extend to a loved one some much needed love, warmth if you have heat at home, and simple positive holiday cheers for being together with them, not everyone has such an opportunity.

Those of us who've been deployed out to fight war in Iraq and around the world, who have yet to make it back home, lets all pray for their safe return and wish them a happy holiday season, filled with good spirits that can possibly give them hope of returning to their families as soon as possible. God is with all of us, and things will get better soon.

I heard that the last of the Troops are headed home from Iraq, and so its possible they will all make it home for Christmas, thank God for such a gift this year. Just visit the 'Scholastic' website to get the article on it all. Merry Christmas! to all
