Jeannie is a huge fan of Halloween and loves everything that is ghoulish. You can often find her reading or writing horror stories.

Look Like a Commercial Star!

If you are looking for a great look for your next Halloween party or costume party, why not dress like a commercial celebrity? For better or worse, there are certain commercial characters everyone recognizes. It doesn't matter if people can't even stand the commercials, everyone still recognizes the characters. If you want to step out in style and have people stop you on the street, you should consider dressing like one of these commercial celebrities.

Some great options are:

The Sun Drop Girl or Guy

The Burger King

M & M characters

GEICO Gecko or Caveman

Flo from Progressive

Who wouldn't want to go around all night pretending to sell insurance or Sun Drop soda? That just seems like a good time. If you roll into the party dressed like the Burger King with some free Burger King food, you will surely be a huge hit. So take my advice and dress like a commercial celebrity for your next costume party or Halloween party.

Sun Drop Girl or Sun Drop Guy

You'd better get ready to drop it like it's hot. Let's be honest, we all secretly want to be in a Sun Drop commercial. These people look like they are having a blast. Well, now you can at least pretend to be in the commercial. Get yourself a Sun Drop shirt. If you are a girl, you are going to have to invest in the leg warmers, a headband, and wear some tights under your denim shorts. Once you've got that look going for you, you'd better start working on your dance moves. Drop it like its hot wherever you go!

Drop it like its hot!

Burger King

Even if the Burger King has retired (since he was creeping consumers out), it doesn't mean you can't dress like him. The Burger King costumes are still relatively easy to find. If you want to make you friends laugh at the next costume party, you definitely need to get a Burger King outfit. Better yet, if you want to prank your friends and totally scare them, a Burger King costume could be the right idea, too.

Don't be sad if no one wants to hang out with you at the Halloween party though. You are probably scaring everyone too much.

M & M Characters

You know what could be totally fun for a costume party? You and all of your friends dressed in M & M spokescandy costumes. For Halloween or any other occasion that calls for a costume, everyone loves M & M's. You can even take M & M's to the party and be a bigger hit. For the ladies, you can go with green or the newest spokescandy color, brown. For men, you can wear the red, blue, or yellow M & M outfit.

If you are an extremely obsessed M & M fan, you could even have an entire party devoted to them. Everyone can dress like M & M's and bring M & M related food. Do you know how many recipes require M & M candies? Well, honestly, I don't know the numbers either, but I am sure there are a lot.

GEICO Gecko and Caveman

When it comes to commercial spokespeople, few stand out as much as GEICO's representatives. In general, people either like the gecko or they like the cavemen. Every now and then, you might even meet a person who enjoys Cash, the pile of money that starred in a few commercials. So, for the next Halloween party or costume event, why not dress like a GEICO representative? It will be fun and easy. Everyone will recognize you all night. Hey, they may even stop you to ask how to save money on car insurance. Good times!

Flo from Progressive

While we are talking about insurance, let's talk about everyone's favorite spokeslady, Flo from Progressive. Flo is so cool you want to get insurance quotes from her even if you are not looking for insurance right now. If you want a fun Halloween costume, and you'd like to try something crazy and new with your eyeliner, Flo is your gal! Guys don't feel left out. Something tells me your inner drag queen could still pull off this look, too.

That sounds like a cute outfit. I think you should still go with the M&M's though! You are not old enough for the hard candy costume yet! Thanks for reading and thanks for the comment.

Fun hub Jeannie ~ Many years ago, I dressed as a bag of M&M's. It was lots of fun as many people wanted to eat the M&M's. I was really young then. Now I'd have to go as a bag of butterscotch hard candy, ha.

I just love Flo, too. I am also seriously considering being the Sun Drop girl for Halloween this year. I secretly just want to dance around like a fool. Thanks for dropping by!
