Print out these heart shapes on sturdy cardstock or foam. You can see the red glitter paper that Marie from Blooming Homestead used. I think it's perfect! Then you turn the hearts over and mix them up. Now it's time to test your memory by flipping two hearts over at a time. The goal of this game is to match up a pair of hearts that are the same pattern. Fun and free...what's better than that?

Tic-Tac-Toe is a classic kids game I found on Church House Collection. This is a great game for young kids. Wait, they will have you playing it over and over again. Get ready for some fun. Do you remember how to play? Two players usually play with X's and O's but this Valentine's Day theme game uses red and pink hearts. Each player takes a turn and the goal is to make a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row. The player who gets a row first is the winner.

I found printable Mad Libs with a Valentine's Day theme. Mad Libs are short stories on paper but each sentence or so has a word missing. You have to fill in the blank with the form of speech written under the blank. It might say noun, verb, or adjective...You can create a word list for your kids to choose from or you can let them fill in the blanks on their own. Then you read them out loud for everyone to enjoy. It's a lot of fun and I know your family is going to enjoy this choice.
