Bicolor cats are commonly referred to as Tuxedo Cats or even Billicat. These cats are known for their black and white coloring, although a true bicolor cat can be found in different colors and patterns as long as the cat is just two colors. I've never heard the term tuxedo cat before. There's a stray that I've been feeding for a year or so and she's a tuxedo cat!
