How to get to Milan Malpensa, Bergamo or Linate Airport.
Milan Airport Transfers
The city of Milan, internationally recognised as one of the world's fashion capitals, welcomes over two million visitors annually. The majority of visitors flying to the capitals three airports; Malpensa International airport, Linate airport and the new low cost option, Bergamo Airport.
A common misconception is that these three airports are close to each another therefore causing the traveller to book flights arriving at one airport and leaving from another.
Linking these three airports, from one to another or to the centre of Milan we have three options: Taxi, train and shuttle bus. Below we have a look at these three options.
Taking a private taxi will be your most expensive option. A taxi from Malpensa to Linate airport will cost approximately €60, whereas from Malpensa airport to Bergamo airport could cost you about 120 Euros.
A train ride with Trenitalia costs €14 per ticket or €115 for a booklet of 10. Although you can reach many destinations, the limitations are, you cannot go straight to Linate and Bergamo airports.
Shuttle buses operate from Milan Central Station branching out to all airports. Prices start from €5. Some shuttles provide the link from one airport to another.
