I Wish You The Best Mother's Day!

Updated on May 5, 2013

I Wish You The Best Mother's Day !

I hope your Mother's Day is better

Than any that you have had before,

Not only just for this Mother's Day

For I am wishing you so many more.

My wish is you draw closer to God

And may He give you His very Best.

In all that you do , in all that you say

I pray that you'll be greatly Blessed

We may not know what lies up ahead.,

And I don't think we would ever want to .

It is best to leave it all in God's Hands,

With Jesus we can always start anew.

No better time than this Mother's Day

Than to Thank and Praise the Lord.

No better book to hold in your hand

Than the Book Of God's Holy Word.

If every mother this wide world over

Would just kneel to The Lord and pray.

Think how much happier life would be

Mother's Day could truly be a Happy Day!

-------------------------------------------

We honor Mothers one day a year ,

But what about the other 364 days a

year? Do we pay her honor then or

do we neglect the one who gave us

life?Do you give her gifts on her day

and then almost forget about her the

the rest of the year?Do we think we

have done our duty that one day,?Did

Mother just love us one day a year or

did she show her love every day?I am

sure there are many days that she

would love to see you if just a few

moments. She knows you are busy with

your life but you may not always have

her with you so let her know that you

love her now!

Clara, this is so beautifully written. I pray that this Mother's Day is the best for you as well!!! And, yes, a mother's sacrifice is very great for the one's they love, and we just keep putting it out there, despite. Very good points to ponder. In His Love, Faith Reaper

Thank you ,Faith. I can count on you to have something nice to say.I know Mother's Day isn't until next week but I had to put it on now so it would make it to people on their day. I suppose Father' s Day will be early on here .too.I hope you have a nice one ,too.My own Mother passed away on Christmas morning in 1978 , seems so long ago now, My granddaughter was born the next day. Thanks for your comment.Love, Clara

Oh, precious one clara, I know how hard that must have been on Christmas, and then the Lord goes and blesses you right away with a granddaughter. That is a great idea about getting the Mother's Day and Father's Day poems out early, so they will be read just before. In His Love, Faith Reaper

Oh, dearest clara, I cannot even begin to imagine such. Bless your heart. I have heard that happens a lot in families - many deaths during December, as it is so strange and heartbreaking. May the God of all comfort, comfort you always. That is a glorious thought to be joining them one day, and they will all be gathered smiling and waiting for their precious Clara, and best of all Jesus will say unto you, "Well done, my good and faithful servant, Clara!"
