Hi, Christmas has passed but when I saw your hub I wanted to visit it again because it reminded me of Mickey Christmas celebration in Hongkong Disney (which we went to last Christmas.) Indeed it is a wonderful thing to experience :-) Someday I wish I could have enough money to visit Florida Disneyland.

My wife and I took the kids to Disney in 2005. We went during the beginning of December and it couldn't have been any better. The lines were shorter and it wasn't too hot. We also only had some rain on one day. Mickey's Christmas party was awesome. We loved the hot chocolate and cookies. We even got a picture taken and watched the parade and fireworks. It was nice having less people in the park too. I highly recommend the party to everyone. Next time we might do Halloween time when they have another party. Mainly because my wife and I celebrate our birthday at the end of October. But it was wonderful seeing everything decorated for Christmas.

If you're going to do Disney, it's one of the better times to do so. Many local companies do discount this annual event.

Great hub! Takes me back to last Christmas, when my entire family was there for the holidays. My mother is a Vacation Club member and treated everyone -- 14 of us -- to a week in Disney, including Christmas Day. It was a blast and I wish we could all do it again. Fun hub to read!
