The Christmas Menu
THE CHRISTMAS MENU
Above is a photo of some of the many dishes I cooked for Christmas dinner last year (2010). I'm glad to share the information with you. I'm starting to think about what dishes I might cook for Christmas 2011. I might repeat some of these ideas.
Please share some of your thoughts and own ideas in the comment section. Thanks for reading. It's a bit early to give this wish but enjoy the holiday season. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas!
I have listed or will list the recipes for most of these dishes in other hubs. Please look out for recipes upcoming.:
Two meats:
1. Glazed Ham
2. Prime Rib
(There was no chicken or turkey although I purchased a frozen turkey and I cooked it on New Year's Day.)
Carbs / starch:
1. Cheese lasagna (no meat) (similar to my whole wheat lasagna recipe hub)
2. Bread and cheese
3. Rice
4. Baked corn
Desserts:

2. Homemade Pumpkin Pie
Vegetable recipes?
By the way, I am looking for a tasty green vegetable recipe such as one for a green bean casserole. Do any of you readers have any ideas? You're welcome to enter the link to your own recipe in the comment section. Thanks!
