What I am thankful for this Thanksgiving
This may be a little late, but it's still Thanksgiving Day here and I've finally had my yummy turkey and ham dinner, so I would like to tell the world what I am thankful for.
I am thankful for turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, biscuits, and too much other food to list here.
i am thankful to have a full-time job in a dreadful economy.
i am thankful for Pristiq, which keeps me sane.
I am thankful for Hubpages, which allows me the artistic license and creative freedom to write about what interests me.
I am thankful for people who read said hubs, and give me comments on them so I can better my writing.
I am thankful for the internet so I can tell all of you how thankful I am.
I am thankful for Dr. Pepper, the greatest soda in the world.
I am grateful to Franklin High School in Reisterstown, Maryland, who took a slacker and made him a decent student, and started my love of writing.
I am thankful for my sister, who goes out of her way to make sure I'm okay.
I am thankful for Button the Wonder Cat, who loves me unconditionally. I also love him, no matter how much he may annoy me.
I am thankful for air conditioning. I don't know how I lived without it when I was a boy.
I am thankful for Aunt Dell, my Mom, my Grandfather William Forwood, and others who have since passed away, for being role models in my life.
I am thankful for my brain, even though it's not what it used to be. It still works fairly well.
I am thankful for pizza, spaghetti, and lasagna, the Holy Trinity of Food.
I am thankful for Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Deep Purple, Jethro Tull, Queen,, Heart, the Stones, the Beatles, and many others for being the soundtrack of my life.
