A Gift from the Heart - A Gold Bangle Bracelet
My Mom and Her Gold Bangle Bracelet
I always remember my Mom wearing her gold bangle bracelet when she was dressed up. My father passed away when I was 6 years old and my mother had two young daughters to raise so she didn't get dressed up to go out very often but when she did that gold bangle bracelet completed her look.
I inherited her bracelet just after my fortieth birthday when my mom passed away and it is one of my most treasured pieces that is worth the world to me. I wear it at all special occasions and feel that my Mom is somehow with me.

Our Gift from the Heart
As the parents of daughters, we wanted to give them a "Forever" gift as they finished college. Of course, my Mother's gold bangle bracelet came to mind. We went shopping and found the most beautiful gold bangle bracelets for our girls. Each daughter's bracelet was slightly different but all were similar to my mother's much loved bracelet.
We had the bracelets engraved on the inside with our daughter's first and middle names and the year.
Just like Mom's.
The "Forever" Gift - A Gold Bangle Bracelet - A Gift from the Heart
Give this to your wife and she will feel like she has received the most memorable gift of her life. (she has)
Making this a gift from a parent(s) to a daughter will create a memory that could very well last for generations.
The most important part of giving a gold bangle bracelet is the engraving. Make sure to take the bracelet to a jeweler and have it engraved with a special message or just the date, this is what it takes to make this the 'Forever" gift of a lifetime.
"Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."

Gold Used in Jewelery
Because pure (24k) gold is very soft, it is usually combined with base metals for use in jewelry. Copper is the usual mix making the gold have a redder color.
22k, 18k, 14k or 10k as compared to 24k pure gold and is measured by the percentages of copper or other base metals or silver or palladium in the alloy.
24k gold is very soft and pliable and therefore is mixed with several different types of base metals to make it into lasting jewelery.
