Other notable "modern" Christmas songs aside from "All I Want for Christmas is you"?

The only one I can think of is "All I want for Christmas is you"? written Mariah Carey and Walter Afanasieff. This was from 1994. While all the classics are great, I'm just wondering if there's been a new development here, in the 2000-2012 time frame.

Never would have guessed that Christmas songs and electric guitars would go great together. Thanks for the response.

That's quite alright. I guess there are more updates to the "classics" than actual new songs. I've listened to Boyz II Men before. Don't remember them singing Let it Snow. Thanks for the info.

I really like Ring Out The Solstice Bells. Fairytale of New York was surprising, not all that uplifting at all. Forgot about Santa Baby. Thanks for the response.
