What is the most unusual dish that was ever served at your family or holiday meal? My brother's wife once made these very unusual baked ham wraps, which was kind of like a homemade hot pocket, with a single stalk of Celery sticking out of it. I asked her what the heck it was, and she said it was a "what-cha-ma-call-it sandwhich". They looked like baked chita pets. That and I don't like Celery. Another weird dish, was "Mixel-mash", which was a layer baked dish. It had a layer of hamburger, mashed potato, corn...then repeat those thress layers, and top with stuffing, and bake. Very yummy.
