Is anyone else celebrating pancake day?

Just wondered how other people are celebrating pancake day, or Shrove Tuesday? I know there are a lot of traditions around the world (Faschings, Mardi Gras) so just wondering who else celebrates by eating pancakes with lemon and sugar? Or what people's traditions are from other parts of the world. I'm based in the United Kingdom.

I should have said there are two sorts of pancakes - the thin sort (like crepes) and the thicker sort we call scotch pancakes. It is the thin sort that we have on pancake day, and lemon and sugar is the tradition.
