Best Gifts for Boyfriend 2014
We'll start of with gifts that should make every boyfriend happy
If you have a casual guy or you just don't know what kind of gift he would want these are my suggestions.
Erasable memo pad... I admit it sounds dull but just think of all the things he forgot, you know the things you say and he promises and then claims you didn't told him... Don't know what I am talking about? Consider yourself lucky, and congrats you got a keeper ;).
Another fun gift you can get is a table - table soccer. A table soccer that is played on a table. Fun and something he will enjoy.

2 Unique Gifts around & under $25! - Something that shows you care!
As many of you are looking for a gift on a 25 dollar budget I found these two gems I absolutely love - both thoughtful and personal.
I love the idea of couple's necklaces. You can get a lot off different ones, from the hearts through puzzle pieces to keys and locks. I think the key and lock is the best one!
You keep one necklace he gets the other one.
Naughty & Sweet
There shouldn't be a boyfriend on this world who would resist one of these
There hardly is a guy out there that wouldn't like a gift that is a little bit naughty. Nookie is a fun game for the beedroom and I think he won't mind playing it.
Kama Sutra, the "it" book when it comes to bedroom activities is a great one too but you must be careful as some guys might be offended if you would get them "the manual" as they might think you are saying they are not good enough. Ah men... And they say women are complicated and overreact.

Best Gifts for Your Music Loving Boyfriend
If he loves to listen or make music
If music is his thing there are plenty of musical gift items you can consider.
I personally would go with a USB Mixtape. In the old days it was quite popular to record your favourite (or his favourite) songs on a tape (as it was a mix of songs it was called a mixtape) and gift it to a person you liked. I really like the concept but as tapes are waaay outdated the USB alternative is perfect. Sweat, personal and simple. And in case he wouldn't like the selection of tracks, the thought is what counts and he still gets to have a nifty USB key.
I was all about music in high school (rock and metal was the game) so naturally guys I dated had to love music. I dated one guy that played the guitar in the hard rock band and I got him a mix CD and a guitar pick.
In college, where I met the guy, I got the chance to give jet another cool music gift. My boyfriend was quite a fan of one particular techno artist. I looked hard and found the first LP from the artist (it was really, really bad) but the gift did impress.
If I were to give this now and I would put on my song list it so of the tracks would be - Don't Stop Me Now by Queen, Somebody by Gotye, Enjoy the Silence by Depeche Mode amongst others.
More Ideas - For music lovers
Every serious rocker appreciates information about his genre. History of Rock and Roll spotlights all the important names of rock.
If he's into modern music and always talks about becoming a DJ you can help him achieve his goal with a Mix Table
You got to check this instrument out. Ukulele is without a doubt one of the most fun instruments ever made.
If not this a guitar is worth considering. Trust me it will be a gift for both of you... Well in the beginning it might not be the best gift for you (if he doesn't know how to play that is). My boyfriend bought a guitar a few years back... He never played an instrument and I do admit the first few weeks (months even) were a bit hard on my ears as time passed and his playing improved this little thing was the cause of many romantic moments. I really enjoy his playing now and can tell you the earache in the beginning was well worth it (wouldn't suggest getting a violin or a trumpet though)
Gifts Ideas for your Geeky boyfriend
That's the way I roll today
Geeky is the new jock! You love your geeky manly man and want to give him something that will impress him. I picked out a few fun things I think he will like
Khet. As I am also a bit on the geeky side I do own this masterpiece of a game. I could describe it as an upgraded chess but that would sound boring. A mind blowing strategic game with real lasers and Egyptian figurines? Yep, that's better. The game is superb it doesn't take long to learn (you learn how to play it in less than a minute and you don't have to be a geek to like it), and as chess (here it is again) has endless possibilities on how the match evolves so you won't be playing the same game twice. A geeky treat worth checking out.

3 More geeky gifts he will love
As a geeky girl myself I just had to add a few more geeky gifts. These are so cool (yes I too would have them all!)
He can't be a geek if he's not into Star Wars. The complete Saga box set is something he needs (given he doesn't have it already).
Game of Thrones is one of my all time favourite TV series and when I found out there's a board game I was even more excited. I can easily say this is one of the best board games ever.
For your Sports Loving Boyfriend - Sporting goods and other cool gifts
I am in no way a sporty person. But one of my boyfriends was. He was in a basketball team so when he had his birthday I used my creativity and had engraved a basketball ball to a key chain. He loved it. If you are crafty you can give it a go.
If he has a favourite team (I know my guy is all about Manchester United) you can get him a sports memorabilia (something signed might do the trick - ebay is great for that)
If he plays rugby you can surprise him wit a lamp. Even if I am not exactly a sports fan I do find this piece to be quite fun and wouldn't mind looking at it if it were in his apartment.
For his flat - A Lava Lamp - Perfect for a fun loving guy
I got this gift to my boyfriend at college. His room was in dire need of something funky and an orange and red lava lamp was exactly what he needed. When I bought it I had only one issue with it - I wanted one too! Gladly when the relationship went sour he managed to forget the lamp at my place and never asked for it. So I had a lava lamp. It looked awesome!
There is something magical and hypnotic about a lava lamp. I could easily stare at them for hours and I do think they are quite romantic.
