Like most people, I like to listen to music while running so a decent pair of ear phones is essential but there are a few things to keep in mind when buying. It can be annoying to have a cord flapping around. These ear buds solve that problem perfectly. They connect to the mp3 player via Bluetooth (check that their player is has it first - most phones do). Then all you have is a small cable connect each ear piece up that discreetly goes around the back of the head. I found these very easy to use and it was almost like not having any in at all after a while. They come with a variety of different ear pieces so you can find the best fit. They charge up via a standard USB connector found on all computers and last for 5 hours!
You also tend to sweat a lot when running and these seem to be resistant to moisture so they won't short out even on the heaviest workouts.

Sure there are lots of other hats available but I liked these because they were light and easy to wash. The also keep the sweat out of my eyes and I've been using them for a few years now. My wife swears by a good pair of leggings when out running and having done some research for site I can see why. These pair are much more than just good lucking. They provide a lot of extra support which can prevent injuries. They even claim to reduce lactic acid build up which means you can run longer distances without getting as tired.
