Carrie Cupcakes
Easy To Make!
This Halloween I wanted to make a cupcake that was cheap, easy to make, original, and fun to take to a Halloween party. The finale scene from the 1976 horror movie Carrie instantly came to mind. All the mayhem of the movie has ended, Sue Snell lays flowers at the for sale sign graffitied with "Carrie white burns in hell!" We are all thinking Sue is paying her last respects to Carrie, as she kneels down, Carrie's hand shoots up and grabs Sue's arm. An unforgettable scene from the movie, it still's makes me jump out of my skin every time I watch it! This is what I wanted to recreate into a cupcake.
The cupcake is filled with strawberry jam to represent that other famous scene. I used doll arms, wooden coffee stirrers and white paper to make these cupcake decorations
