Would you ever stay in a haunted house overnight?
What conditions, if any, would cause you to stay overnight in a genuine haunted house or haunted castle?
why wouldn't someone stay in a house that is supposed to be haunted? please tell me you don't actually believe that spirits haunt places?
Hahaha Thanks for your response, nightwork. It is nearing Halloween after all...have to throw at least one ghostly question out here.
I don't believe in ghosts or spirits haunting places - but no I would not spend the night in a supposedly haunted house because while I don't believe - I do have a tremendous imagination and would end up scaring myself.
Gotta love that imagination that works overtime, haha. Thanks.
I have always wanted to spend a night or two in a haunted house or castle. In fact, I would love to get a group together and stay a week or two in a castle somewhere in Ireland or Scotland. I like the thought of being in touch was spirits of the ancient past. It would be great fun and quite an experience.
It would be an experience, wouldn't it! Great idea--you could host a 'murder mystery' party there! Hahaha. Thanks.
I would be interested in spending the night in a supposedly haunted house- well, as long as there was someone else sleeping in the same room as me. :-)
You mean someone BESIDES the ghosts, right? LOL
Hi Denise...I have actually stayed in supposedly haunted places a few times...the Mendocino Inn in California, The Battery Carriage House in Charleston and a former B&B called Braehead in Fredericksburg VA (now a private residence). The only place we really "felt" something was at Braehead. The house was in the middle of a Civil War battlefield and was used as a hospital during the war. Both my husband and I were awake most of the night....
Very cool. My daughter bought a small 'first' home and later told me of incidents when she felt a little girl's spirit. She first noticed 'music box' music playing but of course there was no m.b in the room. Then she heard giggles. Creepy, huh?
Wow Denise, that is pretty creepy. Was she frightened? Though my hubby and I were awake at Braehead, we were never frightened...just felt like we were not alone.
I stay with my wife all the time and still courageously managing it!
The answer would basically be no since there are no haunted houses. I will not spend the night in a house with a leaky roof, missing windows and has a history of people searching through it at all different hours looking for spirits.

Watching HGTV's first time homebuyer, there was a dude on there that had to have the house he was planning on buying, exorcised of spirits before he'd finalize the contract. He was a teacher and a coach! You could tell his girl friend thought he was a bit strange! Would you be...

Halloween is just a few days from now, and I was wondering how many of you might spend time at your local Haunted house, or have you ever been to one?I am not talking about the scarey house on your block, I'm talking about those places you pay to be scared. Like taking a trip through the Haunted...
