free thanksgiving cross stitch from vintage greeting card

Updated on August 16, 2010

I have made a new, large cross stitch for Thanksgiving, it goes onĀ  white or cream Aida with 13 colors. this is a large pattern, to make it smaller I would suggest 16 count.

I am going to be making quite a few holiday cross stitch patterns in the coming weeks. This is my first attempt for Thanksgiving, made from the greeting card cover at right. I have simplified it a bit, leaving the turkey and the pilgrim intact. I hope you enjoy it.

yes, I have done some Christmas patterns, I want to do some more but each patterns can take several hours and I don't have too much time right now. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will post some Christmas ones. Glad you liked it.

Gret pattern. I'd love to see it after it is finished. Have you thought about doing some victorian christmas patterns for hubpagges?
