Halloween Hair Bows
Some Fun (and Creepy) Halloween Hair Bows For Everyone!
"They're creepy and they're spooky..." (Remember the Addams Family theme song? That's what comes to mind when I'm looking at these things!) Anyway, Halloween really can be fun - everyone trying to come up with the craziest costumes! Let's not forget the noggin! Here are some Halloween hair bows that may make you laugh (and a few that may make you shudder! :)
Take this one in the intro photo, for example... that's just... uh... GROSS! A bloody finger? But, there ya have it.
Whether these hair bows make you laugh, cringe, or just shake your head, I hope you enjoy seeing what doozies I've found for you! Don't worry, I won't ONLY show the gross ones! Promise! :)
Ok... Let's see what other ones we can find!

Back when I was a kid...
Hair bows were "pretty" and fun!
I suppose that when people's minds get going on different holidays, some of the more creative types in various marketing departments sit around and say, "What can I add to this particular holiday genre?"
In this case, some people probably sat around a diner booth (or a bar... hard tellin') and said, "Ok. Halloween is HUGE! How can we cash in on it?"
They probably talked about it and pondered costumes. "Nah... too competitive!" one of 'em probably said.
Then they probably thought about every single thing they possibly could as it relates to Halloween, and some cute little kid with a pretty little bow in her hair walked by. BINGO!
Of course! Halloween hair bows! The think tank produces yet another fun thing for people to add to their Halloween larders! :)

How about some Gothic Halloween Hair Bows? - Creepy or a bit Dark, but not really Gross!
Gothic hair bows aren't necessarily scary like the more... uh, shall we say, "graphic" selections! These are a little dark, maybe a like a skull design is dark, but nothing that should keep you up all night!
One of the things I think are nice about the more Gothic style is that you can dress up a little, but if you aren't into the full-fledged, head-to-toe costume thing, you can "accessorize" in a bit more subdued fashion while still playing along. As someone who doesn't really want to go the whole 9 yards on a complete "look," these are more my style.
Pumpkin Hair Bows - These are cute!
See? I told you that I'd put some non-yucky ones in here!
These nice pumpkin hair bows are pretty, completely fitting for Halloween or the lovely autumn season in general! These highlight the colors or the season, and are suitable for work (well... depending on where you work!) and play alike. These are perfect for little girls!
Up here in New England, people really get into dressing up during the fall and Halloween season. Maybe it's because it's so easy to get inspired as we watch the foliage brighten up the landscape. Ahh... a season that passes all too quickly.
Pumpkin Dog Bow! - We can't forget Fluffy now, can we?
Isn't this adorable!? This is a seriously stylin' hair bow for your best 4-legged friend! Maybe Fluffy won't appreciate the Swarovski crystal bits on this bow, but she'll definitely be noticed! This has a little metal barrette attached to make it easier for you to put it on. By the way, this is hand-made in the USA by "Puppy Kisses." This is perfect for the dog-owner who doesn't necessarily want to deck out their dogs in full Halloween regalia!
Zombie Hair Clips, Devil Horns and More! - Here we go! Picture going to the Halloween party with one of these perched on your head!
The first word that came to my mind when I saw some of these was, "GROSS!" I guess I won't be winning any prizes for outlandish Halloween costumes any time soon...
I was especially intrigued by the "zombie scissors" coming out of the head thingy. You know, these are the days when I think to myself, "Why couldn't I have thought of something like this?" Seriously, the people who come up with some of these ideas must howl with laughter when they come up with this stuff! But, here we have the infamous severed finger hair clip, along with the eyeball clip. Charming, don't you think?
Really... what can I say about this one? Appalling? Yeah... Imaginative? Yeah... Wish I thought of it? Yeah. Drat. All the good ideas are done by someone else! :)
I'm not sure it's the bows I like or the makeup! Either way, these are definitely creepy! Maybe I should just go with "gross?"
Lady GaGa Hairbow and Wig for Halloween - Considering some of the outfits this pop star wears, this isn't all that zany!
Whatever "it" is that this particular singing sensation has, it's been very successful for her. Perhaps if I wear this wig and bow some of her success will rub off on me! Hey, a gal can dream, can't she?
Anyway, for whatever the reason, Lady GaGa (not her real name, but you knew that, right?) has done something that most other people seeking fame and fortune have not. And that is: actually ATTAIN it. So, even though her style of music isn't quite my style (yes, I HAVE listened to a few ditties from her over on YouTube - you know... listen before you buy type of thing), I have to hand it to her for marketing herself in a way that has really worked.
So, here's a toast to Lady GaGa! Now, back to the headpiece... You can check it out more carefully by clicking the picture.
And finally, some Skull hair bows, and more! - Here are a couple more suggestions!
And finally, here is a selection of some skull hair bows, along with a cute set of spider headbands, and the fun lighted devil horn hair band. These would also work as fun Halloween party favors for the girls, or to put in a Halloween pinata. I hope that you have found enough here on this page to suit your costume or party needs! Have fun and happy trick or treating!
I've seen people with these - sometimes at the checkout stand when the employees dress up for Halloween in some stores.
For some reason I see "Abby" on NCIS wearing this. No one does it better than Abby...
