This candy corn is actually a sweet confection that only looks like corn. It also is fat free and loaded with sugar! And guess what else? It was created in the USA (click the "USA" to read more).

Candy Corn Crackers Recipe from Better Homes and Gardens (http://www.bhg.com/recipe/appetizers-snacks/candy-corn-crackers/).

* Block of cheddar cheese

* Block of Colby-Jack cheese

* Block of provolone or mozzarella cheese

* Triangle-shape crackers, such as Triscuit Thin Crisps

* Purchased dairy sour cream dip

Directions

1. Cut blocks of cheeses into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Cut the slices into triangles the size of the crackers. Cut each triangle of cheese into thirds. Spread dip on the top of the crackers. Arrange the cut cheese pieces on the crackers to resemble candy corn.

1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin

1 cup sugar, divided

2 cups boiling water, divided

ice cubes 2 cups cold water, divided

1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin

1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
