Esmay de Olde

This little bucket looks abandoned. Is it because it has a hole in it?

Holes in water buckets can be good for sprinkling water on vegetables.

Every bucket has a hole in it. You can find it easily, too. Just look inside - it's the opening. Now if a bucket were to have two holes, that could be a problem.

My bucket's definitely got a hole in it. I prefer things not perfectly contained.

One of the only childhood memories I have is of walking along the top of a (hopefully low height) brick wall, waiting for my mum to come out from a meeting, singing over and over "There's a hole in my bucket, my bucket, my bucket, There;s a hole in my bucket - a hole"

One good use I have discovered for buckets with a tiny hole in them, since I started my crazy recycling garden, is to place it next to a plant that needs a bit of extra TLC and when I water the garden I just fill the bucket to the top (maybe add some liquid fertilizer) and let it slowly nourish the plant through its hole.

Maybe you could add a module here for people to post their suggestions of what buckets with holes in them can be used/recycled for?
