Pokemon Gifts Kids are Crazy For!

Who says that Pokemon is only for boys? Girls love Pokémon too! The cards are fun to collect and the shows are fun to watch. Pikachu is adorable and Katara is a great role model. With the advent of Pokemon GO, people are into Pokemon more than ever!

Pokemon Cards

Kids everywhere are saving up their babysitting money and their lawn mowing money so they can pick up a new pack or two of Pokémon cards. There's a huge thrill in finding a card that they don't have already! A big pack is more fun but any size pack will do just fine. If you don't know what kind of cards to get, because there's all different ones, just buy a big pack of assorted ones and they'll certainly find some that they don't already have.

Binders To Keep Their Cards In

A binder is a great organization tool for kids. They can put all of their cards in the way that they want. They will most likely try a few different ways of doing it because they figure out what works the best for them. They can see every card and they can easily figure out which ones they don't have. They can have one section with all of their best cards and then they can make another section for duplicates that they are willing to trade with other kids for the cards that they're missing. If you have nice quality card protector sheets, the cards will stay safe and protected.

Binder and Page Protectors

This is an awesome Pokemon binder that will hold a lot of Pokemon cards. My daughter has one and she loves it. It comes with 9 Pocket Pages but you'll definitely need more! You can find them in lots of different price ranges but the flimsy ones might not be the best purchase. Every time that my daughter would buy the cheap ones, we ended up going back for the more expensive ones. They were worth the money. You don't have to spend a fortune but you'll appreciate a little higher quality page protector.

Pokemon Hoodies and T-Shirts

Kids of all ages love hoodies! Some like to wear them big and baggy which is my preferred style, but some kids like to wear them nice and tight. Make sure you know what they like so you get the right size, fit and style - either pullover or zip up.

T-Shirts are another favorite clothing item that kids love. They love showing off their favorite characters and will wear them everywhere. You can find them in every size from 2T up to the largest adult sizes so there's something for everyone.

Pokemon Clip n Carry Belt

Younger kids will love this toy! Now your kids can hook those Poke Balls up to this belt and they can battle all day long and they prepare to be a Pokémon Trainer. It holds up to six of the Poke balls but comes with only 2 of them with 2 inch figures. The belt is adjustable and is held closed by velcro so it's easy to get on and off.

Pokemon Books

Pokemon has a nice series of books for middle school kids but you can also find handbooks, books on drawing Pokemon, Pikachu, and books about the card game. Since there's so many different Pokemon characters, a handbook that tells about each one really comes in handy. For example, some of the Pokemon use fire for their attacks like Charmander.

Pokemon: Essential Handbook

If you're looking for a great Pokemon guide to give as a gift, this one is great! It has a description of all of the Pokemon - multiple generations of them. This is one of our favorite books but there's quite a few others that are just as good.

Pokemon Video Games

Most game systems have a variety of Pokemon games available so it shouldn't be too hard to find one that your kids will love! Since Pokemon has been around for so long, you can find them for all the older game systems and newer games for the newest consoles.

Battle Ready Pikachu

Everyone loves Pikachu and he's ready to help your child battle! He sits up on the shoulder by means of a backpacktype harness and shoots foam rings through the air. Kids will spend plenty of time seeing what they can knock over by shooting these rings at everything. They can also set him on a table for easier shooting.

Pokemon Bedding

Forget pink and princesses for girls or cars and trucks for boys.... some kids are much more into the bright blues and yellows that come along with Pikachu and the other Pokemon. You can find comforters, curtains, floor mats, and pillowcases all showing off their favorite Pokemon characters.

Pokemon Action Figures

In many kids' bedrooms, you will find Pokemon action figures playing right alongside model horses, dollhouse occupants and toy soldiers. They are the heroes that will save the day. Whether they attack with electricity, fire, or water, they'll be unstoppable! Don't worry, you don't need to know about all of their different attacks because your kids will know what attack each Pokemon uses. You can find the action figures in all different sizes from little tiny all the way to.. well pretty big.

Charmeleon is a Fire Pokemon. He's the number 7 Pokemon. He evolved from Charmander and he evolves into Charzard. When my kids were young, they loved Charmeleon. He was everyone's favorite right after Pikachu. He has a good personality that kids love. He looks like a cute little baby dragon.

Pikachu is an Electric Pokemon. Pikachu is the number 25 Pokemon. He evolves into Raichu. He's the Pokemon that Ash starts with. Everyone knows who Pikachu is! He is the Pokemon that says the infamous "Peek-A-Choo" words when he attacks. He's adorable. You can find plush Pikachu's and backpacks that are soft and cuddly. If you're not sure of what character to get, you'll almost always be safe with getting Pikachu.

This is one of our original Pokemon cards from the 90's. It's been stored away for a long time. As you can see, there's all the information that you need to play the game but my kids never played it the right way. They just collected the cards.

Groudon is a Ground Pokemon. He is the number 383 Pokemon. He is said to have expanded the lands by evaporating water with raging heat. It battled titanically with Kyogre.

Excadrill is a Ground/Steel Pokemon. He is the number 530 Pokemon. He can help in tunnel construction. It's drill has evolved into steel strong enough to bore through iron plates.

Raichu is an Electric Pokemon. He evolves from Pikachu. He's number 26. He becomes more aggressive as his muscles are stimulated.

Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire

Alpha and Omega

Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is the newest game coming to consoles all over the world. There's a lot of talk about this new game. It will make a great gift for a lot of Pokemon fans. Watch this video and you can get an idea of what Pokemon is all about and you'll get to see why kids love this stuff so much.

Sorry about the lack of products and product pictures!

Pokemon has been a part of all of my kids' lives since they were small kids. We've had a lot of fun toys and a lot of junky things. We have a lot of the original cards that are secured in binders and have been used in the 4-H collections division of the county fair even after all these years. We still have the original video games and they are played quite often. Since you can find some of this great stuff online, I wanted to show you the fun colors of the toys, games, the bedding, the hoodies and pajamas and some of the newer toys.

Unfortunately, website rules keep me from posting more than a couple of products. I'm having a terrible time picking out only a couple because there's so many good ones out there. I think I can only leave two or three so I will have to delete the rest which will leave this page looking boring and dull but I hope you can find something, anything, that your child will be able to love and maybe even collect.
