Skeleton Decorations for the Yard

Updated on October 6, 2013

Fun Skeleton Decorations for the Yard

If you are throwing a Halloween party or just preparing for trick-or-treaters, finding great skeleton decorations for the yard is a good way to set the mood on the walk up to your house!

There are many different types of yard decorations that work well for Halloween. Check out inflatable or hanging skeletons, or add skulls and bones more randomly for a creepy look. A skeleton holding a lantern is another great way to add Halloween flair. Pair skeleton decorations with gravestones, torches, and other yard decorations to complete the look.

Inflatable Skeletons

Inflatable yard decorations are fun for many holidays, including Halloween. There are many inflatable skeleton decorations with great styles. Some of these skeletons are a little creepier and perfect for a haunted house, while others are more fun and quirky, and would fit at a kid's party. One of my favorite inflatable skeleton decorations is the cooler. If you are throwing a Halloween party, it is a great place to store beverages.

This four-foot tall Grim Reaper is a cute, comic-style skeleton that is less creepy than many skeleton decorations for the yard. It self-inflates and lights up, so it is a very fun Halloween decoration.

Hanging Skeleton Decorations

Spruce up your yard with hanging skeleton decorations. You can get all kinds of different skeletons to match your theme or costume. Keep an eye out for surgeons, cowboays, or more traditional skeletons.

Skeleton Flamingo Decorations

Replace the pink flamingos with something a little more spooky for Halloween.

These two flamingos have slightly different necks so they aren't cooking cutter copies of each other.

Skeleton Lights

A little bit of outdoor lighting can add to the decor and make your path safe for young trick-or-treaters. So why not add skeletons to the lights? From covers for your existing strings of Chistmas lights to skull LED displays, there are many skeleton lighting decorations available.

More Skeleton Decorations for the Yard from eBay

eBay is one of my favorite places to buy seasonal decor. Why pay full price for something you will only use once a year? Try buying in the off-season to pick up even better deals. These are just a few of the skeleton decorations for the yard that are currently up for sale. Check them out and you may find your newest Halloween items!

What do you think about these skeleton decorations?

I love the inflatable cooler. It would be great for giving out cans of soda to people on Halloween.
