Learning and playing are still interconnected and toys that foster that are ideal. Playing in small groups is great for fostering sharing and caring skills. At this age they are becoming more adept at planning their own play times and will be looking for more challenging activities. Construction toys are great at this age and they will be starting to explore the technology world in computers and games. Time on electronic games though should be strictly monitored and no more than 2 hours a day be allowed.
