what to write in a mothers day card

Updated on November 22, 2017

what to write in a mothers day card?

Mother's Day

Mother's Day is on Sunday May 11 2008. Mother's Day is a day to show appreciation for the other 364 days that our mothers cook, wash and pamper us. Don't forget that she also went through a 10 months ordeal to bring us into this world and put up with our nonsense for the years that we have been alive. Mother's Day is a day that everyone should write a appreciation note to our mothers.

I am not saying we should forget about the family dinner at the restuarant or that cake that you were thinking of baking for your mother. We should lavish our mothers with gifts and dinners, preferably an expensive one:) Mother's Day is not a day to be stingy.

What I am advocating is that we should also pen down our feelings for our mother in a mother's day card.

Happy Mother's Day

Mother's Day Card. Our Thoughts and Our Feelings

What to write in a mother's day card? Words in our Mother's Day Card are what memories will be made of. Our words in our Mother's Day Card will express our feelings and gratitude for our mothers.

We write to show our appreciation. We write to show that we still love our mothers. We write so that when we are away, our mothers will know that we are thinking of her.

What to write in a mothers day card?

Now for the technical part. What should we write about that will express our feelings and will let our mothers know that we appreciate her and that we care. Below are a list that you can think about:

1. Write about how you always missed her cooking.

2. Write about how she had cared for you when you were sick.

3. Write about how she has always been there for you.

4. Write about how she overcome a difficult period of her life and how you admire her strength.

5. Write about how she cook soup for you when you were struggling for your exams.

There. You should have a pretty good idea what to write in a mother's day card. Just remember. Show her how you always remember her by and she will be comforted that she will always have a place in your heart.
