Christmas and Winter Winnie the Pooh Wallpapers

Updated on July 17, 2014

Winnie the Pooh Wallpapers for Christmas

Winnie the Pooh and the friends surrounding the lovable bear are among the most popular characters there are, and I'm a big fan of the cast created with all those funny and interesting personalities.

While I love Pooh, my absolute favorite of all of them is that prophet of gloom and doom - Eeyore. He's not just my favorite of all the Winnie the Pooh characters, but he's my favorite of all cartoon characters I've ever seen.

Anyway, with that in mind, I've put together a group of compelling and enjoyable Christmas wallpapers featuring the Winnie the Pooh gang.

If you at any time need a little positive boost or some encouragement during the Christmas holiday season, just download and use some of these wallpapers on your computer to quickly get yourself out of a down mood.

And if you're not discouraged in any way, these images will just add to your wonderful day, making it even better than it already is.

After all, who could stay down when viewing wonderful image and scenes of Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore and other friends of the group?

Christmas Wallpaper of Eeyore in Rare Smile at Winnie the Pooh

From the smile on Eeyore's face, you can see even this guy with a almost total negative outlook on life and the world can't resist the bubbly and happy personality of Winnie the Pooh.

The result in this Christmas wallpaper of Piglet, Winnie the Pooh and Eeyore is a most unusual positive response from Eeyore. That alone is worth looking at to generate a chuckle or smile from those of us who know how rare it is to see Eeyore in this mood.

All of that comes from that simple hug given by Winnie the Pooh to him, showing even the most negative person may respond to selfless acts like this.

Wallpaper of Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Piglet and Friends Decorating Tree

It's amazing the number of characters associated with Winnie the Pooh and his close circle of friends. Included in the Christmas wallpaper is the elephant and kangaroo, who are working hard to decorate the Christmas tree with Winnie, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet.

Each of them have a fun role to play, with the funny kangaroo being lifted by the elephant to put the topper on the tree.

As usual, Pooh seems to be in a little bit of a fix with all that string of popcorn seeming to be hard to handle, although in his usual carefree manner, has no problem working through it to complete the job.

Piglet standing on the back of Eeyore while about to place the ornament on the tree is a great visual. Did you notice the bow on the tail of Eeyore?

What is unique about this wallpaper is Tigger is rather benign for someone who runs around like he's had far too much sugar every moment of the day.

Overall it's a fantastic wallpaper almost anyone would enjoy looking at.

Wallpaper of Tigger About to Destroy Snowman

Now this is the Tigger most of us have grown to know. You can see Winnie the Pooh and Piglet are clueless as to what is about to happen to all their hard work of making a Mr. and Mrs. snowman.

But as usual, Eeyore's eyes are on everything happening around him, ready to pronounce his negative outlook and prophecy upon the situation. In this case it's not just a negative outlook though, as his bulging eyes note that Tigger is a second or less away from tackling the male snowman.

Now I'll bet that the smaller snowballs being formed by Winnie the Pooh and Piglet were for the purpose of adding a child to the snow family, which of course will soon be obliterated by Tigger.

This is a wonderfully funny and delightful image, taking into account the disparate personalities inherent in the group of cartoon characters.

Wallpaper of Tigger Pulling Eeyore, Pooh and Piglet in Sled

Here's another great wallpaper demonstrating all the personalities of the Winnie the Pooh cartoon characters as they are pulled by Tigger in a wild sled ride.

First there is the goofy look on the typically unaffected and clueless Tigger, while Eeyore is again in a fit of fear and despair over what he believes is about to unfold. Of course what is happening is Tigger suddenly decided to put on the brakes in a situation where momentum and gravity aren't going to allow to happen.

Piglet is fantastic as he holds onto the scarf of Pooh, as its the kangaroo flying down beside the sled, oblivious to what is about to happen.

The rabbit backing into the snowman as he attempts to get out of the way is also funny, mirroring the realization of the inevitability of the crash coming up that Eeyore is about to participate in. Funny!

This is a great example of why Winnie the Pooh is such a popular cartoon.

Warm Christmas Wallpaper of Winnie the Pooh Warming Himself by Fire

This final Christmas wallpaper of Winnie the Pooh warming himself by the fire while the rabbit comes blasting into the house on a blanket of snow is a terrific scene. As usual with this group of friends, there is a whole lot happening at once.

What I noticed first was the way Tigger was caught off guard, which generated a look of concern or being startled that isn't part of his usual behavior and reaction. Pooh has a similar look on his face as he's warming himself by the fire.

Another thing that is unusual here is the rather calm demeanor and response of the usually gloomy Eeyore. It's hilarious to see him with his eye just slightly opening in reaction to the intrusion of the snow, cold air and rabbit.

The one character actually responding as usual is Piglet, who just happens to be popping out of a box as everything is unfolding.

I've said things in detail about these Winnie the Pooh Christmas and winter wallpapers because they are in fact full of actions and expressions that make them the fun and delightful characters they are, and also why they're so uplifting when viewing them.

While we all can enjoy a scene with this characters in general, what makes them so compelling is the amazing detail and abundance of things happening all at once. In other words we need to look at everything closely when interacting visually with Winnie the Pooh and his friends, as that's part of makes it so enjoyable to view them.

Christmas Winnie the Pooh Wallpapers

This group of Christmas and winter Winnie the Pooh wallpapers show why Winnie, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet, along with all their other friends, are so popular and funny.

Placing them on our computer and other screens are a fantastic way to remind ourselves of these beloved characters, as well as give us some positive reinforcement throughout the day, winter and Christmas holiday seasons.

After all, it's extremely hard to remain down after watching these crazy but lovable characters participate in their zany but eventful lives. I think they're so attractive to us all because they remind us all of ourselves or family and friends.
