Shady Wiggas, cruising sleet,

Packin' twenty kinds of heat.

Kicking, in the thick of it,

Countin' clips, 'n' talkin' sh!t.

Steely-eyed knaves, buzzing minds ablaze;

Toking magic lady, through these crazy days.

Drive-by,

Hi!Bye!,

Fifty ways, to die by;

High guy, quick fly;

Buster selling,

Loser buy.

Street-side, cham-pagne,Cin-de-rella;

Hits the winter pavements,

For a loaded fella;

Singing, " You can stand,under my umbrella ";

" Drive ya bones home ",

No-one cares, to tell her.

Giving it for hire, to a wealthy flyer,

For an eighty-dollar flip, by a roaring fire.

Pimp-baddy, boom-boxing, sick sonic beats;

Waiting for a jaded babe, to bring home the treats.

Gold-digger figure, with an itchy trigger;

Capping off a round, into a white-boy riga.

Claret,splaying forth,'hind a foggy,last breath;

Crumples to the floor, as he's soaking up death.

Beat-box, hard-knocks;

Flirty fox and dirty shocks.

Trippin' and a strippin', while a

Sinning,and a grinnin';

Never knows,

She could be tricking Dr.Crippen;

In-between, the draughts of

Beaujolais, she's casually sipping.

Crop it, chop it, stop it,

He has nothing to teach;

Feeding off of you,

Lika a vampire leech.

Live a happy job, babe,

Then show them your mother;

Shine an honest glow, and

Be a full-time lover.

      " Is it a bird?

      Is it a plane?

      No, writinglover, with flowing mane!

      I post my Hub, at eleven fifteen,

      Then all at once,

      A plume of steam,

      She's on the scene,

      This Hubstar Queen.

      She's never mean,

      But always keen,

      To drop a lovely, comment or two,

      Then turn my head,

      She's out of view;

      Like Wonder Woman,

      Swift joy she brings,

      Then off she flies,

      To other things. " :))

      I'll do you a proper one in the future, but here is a quicky.

      I need to find a new word for 'wow'... ha ha! This is much different than the hub I just read of yours! I like the beat that it forced on me when reading it... I couldn't help myself. Very creative, indeed! (You'd never believe me... but I had to look this song up today on YouTube to show my parents... because there is an odd connection between this song and Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers' 'Islands in the Stream' and I was trying to explain that to them... how weird is that?)

      Yours Truly,

      I get it, and I believe you, but what a coincidence! :)The female artist in this song, when she sings ' run away with me.....etc.....', does sound very similar to Dolly and Kenny;or was there another connection you was thinking of?

      Truly,

      No... they literally us some of the same lyrics from the chorus... and the music in the chorus is similar too, except it's obviously been adapted to fit the appropriate genre. This song came out in my late teens and I remembered getting into it and singing along. A few years later I heard 'Islands in the Stream' and I somehow found myself singing the chorus lyrics but I didn't know how, because I hadn't remembered hearing that song before. Then I realized where I'd gotten it from... it's a stretch, but I bet if I Googled it, I could find some info regarding the connection. Mia, Pras and ODB... I still remember.

      Truly,

      Yeah.....that makes perfect sense.

      Just checked it out.....Written by The Bee Gees, Aug. 1983, released by Pras June 9th, 1998, and the song title was the same as the book title, written by Ernest Hemingway(the author who blew his own head off - must have been having a very bad day).
