Should Evil Prevail..a Poem of the Ages

Updated on April 12, 2014
Live for goodness
Live for goodness

Why should evil actions prevail,

when we are all united in the good,

there's no chance for the bad and mean,

when we each act as we should.

Not to dwell on what tomorrow's to bring,

just live every minute for each day.

Goodness and right, defeat all wrongs,

in what we do and what we say.

Be a champion for the innocent ones,

by our hands helping, all that we can,

Live your lives in a precious certainty,

striving for the positive, as the plan.

Look to the heavens, and then rejoice,

in the day's beauty, given by our Lord,

It is the essence of each gentle soul,

that which we all may well afford.

This is very comforting. When we see evil prospering, we must keep in mind that God has his eye on it and it's all under control.

Beautiful perspective as to how we all should live without a doubt! Powerful message and we all have to make choices each day, and we should think before we even open our mouths as to whether or not we are building up or tearing down another person.

      Up and more and sharing

      Blessings,

      Faith Reaper
