" THE QUEST " A searching for someone I think looking for me.

Updated on May 25, 2012

I sat there gazing through the night..
To see what was there to be seen
as suddenly a spaceship loomed overhead.
I stood still...frozen waiting for someone
that was maybe a no-body.
Hoping for something that was a thing.
Seeing deep into the darkness....
Shadows cast by the brightness of the moon.
I stepped forward as if called...Bewildered to see
what was to be seen in the depths of my mind....

I looked deep into the light blazing from above
Then without further delay fear took hold of me

As I opened my eyes wide to see.......All I found was only a dream.
Damn I said...As the sweat rolled down my forehead...

And my heart beating as if racing in anticipation
Gazing at the ceiling above, I tried to go back to where I went
And for the whole of the night I had spent
wondering why I had opened my eyes and flinched.

Gregory A Booker

This is what happens when your sleep is deep and frees the mind to consider. You just might meet the unexpected as we reckon with the outer limits of inward mind. Do not adjust your imagination but let it run free! And if it should overrule your reality the next day then you have found something that is more than a dream. You are indeed in pursuit of a quest!!
