While We Wait...

Updated on September 2, 2013

Waiting for the next notification of words written ..

can be torturous...the anticipation of who will be

the next... to publish a bevy of words

filled with meanings ..

that many of us interpret ...with something

that means a completely different thought

than the writer ..

With all the pressure to outdo

the previous writes of our own mind..

lets all step back and pause...

O.K.. enough of that ..

lets get back to work ..!

Love to all you hubbers..LOL

Michael

Hahaha, how clever and the picture... nice pairing for a couple of reasons. Made me laugh. Made me wonder if its weird that I never think about the past writings when I write. I just pour out. Maybe abnormal... again. :)

A departure from your beautiful love poems but a true sign of the writer who knows what's happening! I don't need to tell you the photo you chose was perfect for this piece!

I hope you are relaxing and stopping for a moment.

      Voted up, awesome, and interesting.

hahaha Michael, this is great and you are so right! When I saw that photo, especialy with the one with its arm on the other, it just made a big smile appear on my face, and so when one can write something that results in such, then your job is done! : ) Now, go rest your poetic brain on this Labor Day, as you have been working overtime here it seems.

Really enjoyed this delightful ... that is, if it was meant to be delightful : )

Yes, that is what is so great about poetry, as we, the readers, may come away with a totally different perspective than the writer, and that is okay. However, as you know, I am inquisitive and sometimes may ask the poet's interpretation.

Hugs and enjoy the rest of your Labor Day without any labor. Up and more and sharing
