2nd Chapter ,Haley,Did The Storm Bring Haley or Vice Versa?

2 nd Chapter

Almost all babies first words are Mom my or Dad dy but Haley's first word was

Pup py. Puppy was so surprised, he kissed Haley , she bit his ear and he howled

and Mommy and Daddy both came running, but Puppy had run away and hid. Haley

kept them all busy at times.

Mommy and Daddy had a little kitten ,too, but Haley and Puppy was too much for her

so she ran off and found a new home. A home where there was no baby or puppy.

She had the whole house to play in. Just Kitty and she was very happy there.

Soon Haley was talking so much that Mommy and Daddy began to wonder why they

had been in such a hurry for her to learn to talk. One day Daddy was playing on his

guitar and Haley asked,"Daddy ,do you know Jesus loves me?" Daddy asked ,

"Where did you hear that?"and Haley answered.,"Jesus told me He did ." For once

Daddy was at a loss for words.

Haley had a little friend , Heather, she was going to Sunday School . She would tell

Haley all about it. "Mommy , Daddy ,will you take me to Sunday School?' Haley asked

"Heather says it is so much fun." Daddy said, " we will take you ,not because it is fun .

we want you to learn about Jesus ." Haley was very happy to hear this. From then on

every Sunday Puppy would watch at the window when his family went to church. He

went to the door when they came home barking as happy as any dog could

bark . He was glad to have his family back home again.

Haley started kindergarten and Heather would come and walk with her to school

Puppy would wait each day near the door,Haley always called him that Haley knew

he really missed her when she was at school..One day Haley came home all alone.

.Mommy asked her why she came home alone Haley told her Heather was sick and

had to go home from school. Mommy said ,"You should have had someone call me

to come after.you. Was you afraid?" "Oh ,no,Mommy.," Haley told her." Jesus walked

with me , He held my hand all the way." Mommy was so happy , she gave Haley a big

hug then she bowed her head and said , "Thank You, Jesus,"They were all so happy

that Jesus had come to live with them , Puppy was so happy that he kissed them all!

The End.

What a delightful little story. We can teach the word to the young ones without getting too serious. I still remember the little stories told to me by my older sister.

Have a spirit filled week end, and Happy Mothers' Day. Ann
