A Grain Of Rice

Updated on August 11, 2011

A grain of rice
Can feed five people

As five people cannot feed one

The value is so priceless
Nothing to it can compare

Old saying passed on to generation
For children to think and learn

These saying has been told
And passed on to my family…

Understand the fact that, that grain of rice
Is the one that keep you alive…

Yes always exploring, that is right. I just really hate to see them starving. It makes me so sad too! Thanks :)

I loved the irony, I loved the aphorism.

These are the old saying my parent once tell me. "A grain of rice keep five people alive." That parent can keep five of their children alive as five children cannot take care of one parent. My parent has told me this many time and I grew up to know that this is facts. They were right!
