A Poem Called: Faces

Updated on April 1, 2017

Changing Faces Like The Weather

Finding Your Identity, Pay Attention to Who You Are Becoming

I am always trying to be someone I’m not

Then all my personalities tend to combine

React

Amalgamate to become apart of me

Diluting who I really am or who I ought to be

My faces

change just like the weather

There is no me

Struggling to be myself

I escape to a faraway land

Now I want to go back

I’m so confused

Who do I want to be?

Fragments of myself still remain

Mirror, mirror on the wall

Tell me now

Who am I

Am I myself at all.

Take Time To Figure Out Who You Are - Only Then Can You Be Your Best Self
