A Poem Of Motivation

Updated on March 16, 2016

Fortunes are made from the dreams of those destine to believe they can achieve. The burning desire to elevate higher, keeps their passion on fire. Keep the heat flowing when the wind starts blowing and take all that you have learned, when adversity comes, stand firm. Don’t worry about what you lack, stay strong in your faith and know that God’s got your back.

There will be hard times, know this, it’s something you can’t escape. But I know one who is above all. Who gives the increase and if you call on him in your time of need, he won’t be late. I know things look bad right now and it appears there is no end to the pain. This is baptism under fire through the trial and tribulations. Keep focused on the light, stay true to your goals in life and let that be your ultimately aim.

I know life may seem a little bleak, got you stressed and have your body feeling weak. But I encourage you to rest upon the words of Isiah; “he gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” This feeling you have, trust me, it won’t last. Just say to yourself, this too shall pass.

If you feel that you are falling. Embrace the words of Les Brown “fall on your back because if you can look up you can get up”. You may have fallen but it’s time to rise. Believe in the rock, the truth and light, stop being a victim to the treacherous lies. You are mighty in your stature, but small in your frame, but you are a child of God blessed with the very best just the same.

That isn’t the half. If you knew the ultimate truth of your power, it will make you laugh. Jesus said “if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, Move from here to there.” Think about it, how small is a mustard seed? But yet, we have trouble to believe. I dare you to change the lane that you are on and apply the words of the late Jim Rohn “ For things to change, you have to change.”

Wow, motivation is an understatement - this is pure power, fuel for the heart, mind, and soul. Well spoken
