I like to think I just plugged myself in

I got 220 volts of juice going through my veins

All the power and grounded so I get no shock

Looking around I see life all around me

The trees, my cat, even the computer screen that reveals my very words

Well maybe that is carrying it a little too far

I can not see the energy in my own body

My heart beating silently

My blood pumping through every vein

How can this be ?

I am filled with so much internal and external energy

How do I capture this moment ?

Freeze this second in time

I work frantically typing as fast as my fingers will go

I can see know sign

How can I prove to you I am filled with an abundance of energy

I see with my eyes birds flying from tree to tree

The grass is a rich color green

Alive and well

Yet I still show no signs

So I inhale so deep to make any noise

Yes the richness of the air that I breathe

The vibration my body makes as air passes through my nostrils

What a wonderful start

I squeeze my hand tight

Watching my hand turn from light in color to a bright red

I am in control of parts of body but not others

Then again my thoughts activate without any warning

I can open my mouth

Lick my lips

Blink my eyes

Tap my feet

Here are some more ways I can express my life

I can talk, sing or whisper

More proof of life

But how do I show something more

A burst of strength that I didn't have a minute ago

I am not sure

I think you will have to just take my word for it
