A Thank You Letter To Daddy
Thank You, I Love You
I really miss you. I know that you went away for a while to prepare a place for me so that I can come and live with you for the rest of my days but, I miss you just the same. I take comfort in the fact that you are always with me, watching over me, comforting and loving me from the inside out.
Through your grace daddy, you saved me. Through your chastening me I realize that there are some things that I just cannot do or say. I do have limitations and rules that I must follow and they are for my own good. I have learned how to live, how to act and how to react. I have class and dignity and I am respected. You cleansed me than taught me how to remain clean, you washed me whiter than snow. My scent is sweet and pleasant, my skin glows with health and life. Your kindness to me never fails and you are merciful in your judgement of me.
Daddy, because of your teaching I have knowledge of you and am wise. I have an understanding of things and know the difference between right and wrong which gives me peace in my life even when things are hard. The way you love me is unconditional and complete. It can never be compared to anyone or anything. The only thing THAT I CAN do is live righteously and follow your statuates. I keep your book of love letters close to me and I study it constantly to show myself approved of you, what a daddy you are!
Whatever you entrust me with, I will strive to be a true and fatihful steward over it until you return to claim whats yours. I want my life to be characteristic of you. People say that I look a lot like you which pleases me greatly. They say that they can see a lot of you in me, I bless you because you make me feel brand new. Your love is caressing and refreshing, soothing and renewing always abounding, what a resounding love!
Well, that's it for now. Surely you know that I could go on forever about how good you've been to me and how thankful I am. I love you and I look forward to seeing you again very soon.
P.S. I told someone else about you today and now they want to meet you too! I told them to be ready when you come and they could.
