Your Cat's Day

Updated on September 7, 2012

A furry friend that always waits,

No matter what the weather;

It doesn't matter if you're late,

He'll wait for ever and ever.

He's true to you no matter what,

And if he's gone, something's up,

He is likely in the meadow.

Can you see him from your window?

Soon you will hear him howling,

Getting closer to the house.

No more will he be prowling,

He's brought you home a mouse.

Love is found in many ways,

If you can picture that.

A true companion everyday,

Is found there in your cat.

      Thank you. I love dogs, too.

      This is such a sweet poem - I don't have any cats, but I do have a sweet, adorable dog that I love to death!
