"A Walk Along The Beach"
A Walk Along The Beach"
Down on the beach by the shore
I listen to the waters swiftly roar.
As I stroll along the beach
And feeling the sand beneath my feet.
The sea gulls flying high up in the sky
While I listen to their lullaby.
The sea tides briskly rolling out and in
Never knowing where they stop or begin.
The seashells were embedded deep within the sand
while digging with the shovel and at times with my hands.
The salty taste of the seas waters breeze
And the smell of the green sea weed.
The water is filled with sea creatures swimming in a school
The sea creatures know that they all rule.
The wind blew swiftly and bold
As I stood there trembling and cold.
When I visit the roaring sea
A feeling of peace came over me.
As I walk along the beach
Feeling the tide under my feet
You can see the large ships and the small boats afloat on the horizon
And the frequent visit of the water skiers exercising.
The beach has a sweet mystery all on it's own
Once there, you never want to go home.
