A Walk in the Night

Updated on November 4, 2010

I wish one day she would open her eyes,
To notice me once that's all an say hi,
Not just look at me then glance away,
But a small warm hug from her would make my day,
It always does no matter how low I get,
No one ever wonders what life would be if we were to forget
The things we enjoy even if they're not all that important,
But to some, it means the world to them,

Really have no idea,
How I breathe sometimes,
She's like the oxygen to my rhymes,
With like in every word,
And hate on every blur,
I stop an reminisce on how I need her,
Like these clouds make rain,
I drift away from this pain,
I wouldn't mind her thnkin about me,
Sounds very doubtful though,

I never walk in the day I walk away in the night,
With my anxious and curious ways I think,
Think about how life has had me this far,
With agony and hurt but none have prevailed,
To hold me away from her,
I feel like I'm never going to let go,
Until in person she says no no no....
