A Way Home
I've traveled way too far to fall down to my knees,
A million miles left to go and keep going 'til I bleed
I aint saying I'm running scared
Just can't wait 'til I get there
And once I do I'll let you know
I won't be the one movin' home to home
I'll be a big shot
one of a kind
I wont be the one with too big dreams while falling behind
I want to be free
Soon you'll see
I'll be bossin 'round the ones've been making fun of me
And soon one day, you'll hear of me
On every radio you pass and every TV screen
And maybe one day it'll come faster, than we think
I said one day, but not just yet
I've got to wait my turn in line so I can get there yet
I've got to prepare, So I can get ahead
But you'll find I'll never give up 'til I wind up dead
Then maybe one day, I'll be scene d on the front 'n back pictures of the magazines
And on the last day
G-Q'd up, I'll be the new release from tip-toes to haircut
And on the last day, you see me free
You'll be calling my name
