A love so light!

Updated on September 14, 2015

A haft to me

your heart is,

my dear,

trust me!

Hale I there heartily

like the toss of a feather in a gentle breeze

rocking itself to glory

as it sails soft

in the vastness of the space!

Very unusual, but interesting poem. Love the line, like the toss of a feather in a gentle breeze.

      haft

      noun

      1.

the handle of a knife, ax, or spear.

synonyms: handle, shaft, hilt, butt, stock, grip, handgrip, helve, shank

"gripping the haft of the knife"

verb: haft; 3rd person present: hafts; past tense: hafted; past participle: hafted; gerund or present participle: hafting

      1.

provide (a blade, ax head, or spearhead) with a haft.

I'm not sure what you intended with the word haft.

A most unusual poem, and I think with a basically interesting theme.

I agree with what teaches12345 had to say in her comment. Perfect photo to go along with the theme of this poem.
